Terms and Conditions
The rules for using this website, its deals and free resources, and for ordering our done-for-you services, in plain language.
LAST UPDATED: 9 OCTOBER 20261.Who we are
Mr Web is a trading name of Everything Custom-built Limited, an Irish company (registration number 707011, VAT number IE3987367JH) with its registered office at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland. In these terms, “Mr Web”, “we” and “us” mean Everything Custom-built Limited. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2.What this website offers
This website offers two things:
- Deals: discounts, coupon codes and offers on software and online services, such as hosting, website builders, plugins, AI tools and apps, featured on the Mr Web YouTube channel or selected by Mr Web. Mr Web does not sell these products.
- Done-for-you services: websites, landing pages, online stores, SEO, ads, AI receptionists, CRM setup, social media, email campaigns and content, carried out for your business by Mr Web.
Part A applies to everyone who uses this website. Part B applies only when you request a quote for, or order, one of our services. Part C applies to both.
3.Affiliate links and paid placements
Affiliate disclosure: many links on this website are affiliate links. If you buy through one, Mr Web may earn a commission from the vendor, at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the same, and in many cases lower because of the exclusive code.
Some placements, such as featured deal pages and dedicated videos, are paid partnerships with the vendor. These are identified as such on the relevant page or video. Opinions published on this website, including “Mr Web’s take”, are Mr Web’s own.
4.Deals, codes and prices
- Offers, codes and prices are set by the vendor and can change, sell out or end at any time, sometimes without notice.
- Deal prices shown are a guide, usually in US dollars or euros, and may differ by country, currency, tax or plan. The price shown at the vendor’s checkout is the one that applies.
- We check deals when we publish them, but we cannot guarantee that every code will work or that every offer is still available when you use it.
- Always read the vendor’s terms before you buy.
5.Deal purchases are with the vendor
When you buy a product through a deal, your contract is with the company that makes it (the “vendor”), not with Mr Web. Billing, delivery, support, cancellations and refunds are handled by the vendor under its own terms. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact the vendor first. We are happy to pass on feedback about a vendor, but we cannot process refunds or make decisions on the vendor’s behalf.
6.Information, not professional advice
Reviews, comparisons, tutorials and recommendations on this website and the Mr Web channel are general information based on our experience. They are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. Choose products based on your own needs, and check that a product suits you before you buy.
7.Free downloads
Free resources such as Why Your Website Isn’t Converting: the 110-point website audit are provided for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or offer them for download elsewhere without our written permission. All rights in them remain with Mr Web.
8.Deal alerts and emails
If you sign up for the free audit or deal alerts, we will email you deals and related updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop at any time. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9.Submitting a deal (for vendors)
If you submit a deal or partnership enquiry through this website, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to make the offer on behalf of the company;
- the offer details you give are accurate, and the offer will be honoured for the period you state;
- you hold the rights to any logos, images or material you send us, and permit us to use them to present your deal.
Submitting a deal does not guarantee a listing. We may decline, edit, pause or remove any listing at our discretion, for example if an offer stops working or no longer suits our audience. Featured deal pages, dedicated videos and other paid placements are only agreed in writing and are governed by that separate agreement. We do not guarantee any level of clicks, sign-ups or sales.
10.Trademarks and brands
All product names, logos, trademarks and brands shown on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners beyond any affiliate or partnership agreements stated on the relevant page.
11.Our content
The design, text, graphics and other original content on this website belong to Mr Web. You may share links to any page, but you may not copy, reproduce or republish our content without our written permission.
12.Links to other websites
This website links to vendor websites and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
PART B: DONE-FOR-YOU SERVICES13.Our services
We provide digital services for businesses, including AI receptionist and live chat, CRM setup, web design, landing pages, online stores, SEO, Google and Meta ads management, social media management, email campaigns and content writing. The scope of each service is set out in your quote, which forms part of our agreement with you.
To deliver some services we work with carefully selected specialist partners and platforms under our direction. We remain your single point of contact and remain responsible for delivering what you ordered.
AI and automated communications: our AI live chat and receptionist tools run on automated, probabilistic models and are provided on an “as is” basis. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and verifying all knowledge bases, rules and outputs. We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, invented answers, price misquotes or commitments made to third parties by automated agents.
14.Prices, quotes and how an order is agreed
- Prices on our service pages are indicative starting prices in US dollars, shown so you know what to expect. They are not an offer to sell at that price.
- When you request a quote, nothing is agreed and you are under no obligation. We send you a written quote by email setting out the scope, price, currency, any setup fee and, for subscriptions, the monthly fee.
- The agreement starts when you accept the quote in writing (for example by replying to our email) or pay the first invoice, whichever comes first. The quote and these terms then form the whole agreement. If they conflict, the quote wins.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.
- Prices exclude VAT. Irish VAT is added where it applies. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.
15.Payment and chargebacks
We invoice you and take payment by card or secure payment link. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance from the start date in your quote. One-time projects and setup fees are billed in advance, unless your quote sets out a payment schedule. Work starts once the first payment is received. If you pay in a currency other than the one on your invoice, your card provider sets the exchange rate and any fees.
Billing disputes: you agree to tell us in writing and allow 14 days to resolve any billing dispute or service issue before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks made without that prior written notice will incur an administration fee and may result in immediate suspension of your services.
16.Setup fees
Where a service carries a one-time setup fee, that fee covers the initial build and configuration work described in your quote.
17.Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions run month to month with no minimum term, unless your quote states otherwise. You can cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep the service until then, and no further payments are taken. Work and service access end when the subscription ends.
18.Refunds
- Subscriptions: the current month is not refunded once it has started, because the work for that month is already in motion.
- Setup fees: fully refundable until setup work begins. Once we have started building, the fee covers work already done and is no longer refundable.
- One-time projects (websites, landing pages, stores): refundable in full before work begins. After that, any refund reflects the work completed when you stop the project: we will show you where things stand and agree a fair figure. Completed and delivered projects are not refundable.
- If something is wrong: if what we deliver does not match your quote, tell us and our first step is to fix it. If we genuinely cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your card provider sets any conversion rate, so the amount in your currency may differ slightly from the day you paid.
19.What we need from you, and project dormancy
Delivering on time depends on you providing the access, information and approvals your service needs (for example website or platform access, business details, images and feedback) promptly. Delays on your side extend timelines accordingly. You confirm that any materials you provide are yours to use and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
For websites, landing pages and stores, we write the conversion copy as part of the build. You provide the facts about your business (services, prices, contact details and so on) and are responsible for checking that they are correct before the work goes live.
Project dormancy: if a project is delayed for more than 30 consecutive days because we are waiting on your feedback, materials or access, the project becomes “dormant”. To restart it, send a written request. A restart fee of up to 15% of the total project value may apply to reallocate design and development time. Fees paid toward dormant projects are non-refundable.
20.Third-party platforms and ad spend
Some services involve accounts on third-party platforms (for example Google, Meta, hosting providers or CRM platforms). Unless your quote says otherwise, those accounts are set up in your name and remain yours. Advertising spend is always separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the advertising platform. Third-party platforms have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or policy changes.
21.Ownership and intellectual property
On full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as custom website designs, written copy and branding) belong to you.
We keep ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, code, system prompts, automations, templates and GoHighLevel snapshots or workflows (“Agency IP”). On full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Agency IP as part of your deliverable. You may not resell, license or redistribute our Agency IP to anyone else.
When a service ends, what is yours stays yours: accounts set up in your name, your content and your deliverables to the point paid for. Where a build lives inside our systems, we will move it to your own account on request.
22.Results
We commit to the work set out in your quote and to honest reporting of outcomes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or platform placements, because search engines, AI engines and advertising platforms are outside anyone’s control.
23.Data protection for client services
Where a service captures or manages your customers’ data (such as forms, CRM setups and AI chat and call tools), you are the data controller and Everything Custom-built Limited acts as your data processor under the GDPR and Irish data protection law. You are responsible for having a compliant privacy policy and for collecting any consents needed before your customers’ data is captured or they are contacted through automated tools. How we handle your own details as a client is explained in our Privacy Policy.
PART C: GENERAL24.Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise:
- this website and its deals are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or of any product bought from a vendor, including expired offers, codes that do not work, or changes in a vendor’s pricing or terms;
- for our services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data on third-party platforms.
25.Changes, governing law and your rights
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date at the top. For services, the version in force when you accept your quote applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep any statutory rights the law gives you where you live, including any cooling-off rights. If you ask us to start work during a cooling-off period, you agree that we can begin, and you pay for work already done if you then cancel.
26.Contact
Questions about these terms, a quote or an order: contact us here or reply to any email from us. Vendors can submit deals through the submit a deal page.
